We are urgently hiring a Warehouse Finished Goods & Releasing Clerk who will be responsible for handling finished product inventory, preparing dispatch documents, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery transactions.
? Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory
Prepare releasing documents such as delivery receipts, gate passes, and dispatch forms
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics regarding scheduled releases
Inspect finished goods before releasing to ensure correct quantity and quality
Assist in loading and unloading items
Update inventory logs and system records accurately
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Ensure proper arrangement and labeling of finished goods in the warehouse
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the finished goods area
Follow established company procedures and safety protocols
? Qualifications
High school graduate or college level
Experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics is an advantage
Knowledge in basic computer applications (Excel, inventory software)
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work extended hours or shifting schedules when needed
