Job Title: Warehouse Encoder
Department: Inventory Management
 
Duties and Responsibilitues:
Maintains inventory controls by collecting and recording documents that show movement of stocks
Processes purchase requests, receiving reports, stock withdrawals or issuances, and delivery receipts
Updates warehouse inventory and proposes orders based on stock levels
Manages warehouse inventory and provides reports and recommendations to the Warehouse Manager
Coordinates with Warehousemen to document all stock movements
Coordinates with Purchasing Officers on the ordering of needed stocks
Maintains quality service by following organization standards and processes
Conducts regular inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy
Reports any inventory stock discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
Complies with warehouse procedures, rules, and regulations
Job Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate
Must be highly skilled in using computer applications and software
Must have good communication, organizational, and time management skills
Is dependable and reliable
Preferably with related experience in any of the following:
Warehousing
Purchasing
Motor parts or hardware supplies background
Computer programing and data entry background
