URGENT!!!!
1. Provides support to warehouse lead / supervisor in assisting physical counting every quarter.
2. Receives incoming materials, ensure correct quantity against bill of lading / packing list.
3. Responsible for data entry of each items received on the inventory system (GRN).
4. Processes paper works for incoming and outgoing materials.
5. Issues raw materials needed by production and assembly.
6. Transacts material issuance & back up issuance to Oracle.
7. Performs kitting on buy parts & check availability of raw materials.
8. Performs cutting of raw materials to its correct cut size.
9. Responsible in assuring that appropriate measures are in place which have a direct impact to the Health and Safety of the employees and protection of the environment.
10. Demonstrates integrity in its business dealings with people and organizations and should operate consistent to its corporate highest ethical standards.

• Perform work safely and in accordance with the EHS Policy, Procedures and provisions of the Standards, and to report any work hazard (unsafe conditions or unsafe practices) that may be discover in the workplace and to make suggestion for correction or removal of the potential hazards.
• Practice the 5S and waste segregation program, and to support the activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.
