Description
PURPOSE
Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks to include receiving, identifying, labeling, storing, issuing, and delivering of stocks/materials with the objective of supporting the company's operation in supplying the stocks/materials needed for day-to-day activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree
>With at least 2 to 3 years solid experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations
>With experience in ERP system
>Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
>With good verbal and written communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
INVENTORY CONTROL
>Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials and ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate inventory data
>Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
>Assist in analyzing the cause of variance through documents and records being maintained to expedite the inventory count reconciliation process
RECORDS AND DATA MANAGEMENT
>Ensure accurate and complete inventory records supported by receiving and issuing documents duly signed by authorized personnel to easily trace back variances encountered during the physical count
>Encode material usage in the ERP System
ALLOCATION/ REPLENISHMENT OF STOCKS
>Collate requisitions from different departments and lead in the preparation of request ahead of time to speed up the next day transactions
>Monitor linemen allocation and replenish items that fall below the set up stock level to cater their daily activities
