Description
1. Maintenance of records and inventories.
2. Ensure that process flows of documents and stocks are observed and documented.
3. Receiving incoming stocks, supplies and materials from suppliers.
4. Examination/inspection of items and documenting discrepancies and defects.
5. Sticking labels/inventory codes unto items.
6. Overseeing arrangement/piling/shelving of items in the warehouse.
7. Assist in the issuance of stocks to requesting staff.
8. Issuance of supplies to requesting departments/staff.
9. Conduct spot inventory count, as directed.
10. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.
11. Perform other tasks, as assigned.
