Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Informs truckers of the delivery schedules and ensures that all outgoing deliveries are properly coordinated with the concerned truckers;
Weighs outgoing loaded trucks before allowing them to go out of the premise;
Records all deliveries in the Outgoing Delivery Schedule Report and ask concerning trucker to sign;
Prepares Daily Delivery Reports (incoming and outgoing) and submits the same to the Warehouse Supervisor for submission to the head office;
Other Administrative/Clerical functions
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
A graduate of any 2 or 4-year computer or business course; with 1-2 years experience in the same field.
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in using MS Excel and SAP
Good in time management and handling a variety of tasks
Willing to have overtime work if necessary
Willing to be relocated and assigned to DAVAO CITY with company-provided accommodation
