The Warehouse Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and direct all activities within the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Collaborate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers to maintain warehouse utilities, including cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other essential systems.Monitor stock levels and aging inventory, identifying items that are about to expire or require timely disposition.Ensure consistent implementation of receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with exposure to Operations Management.Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.Strong leadership skills, high integrity, excellent interpersonal relationships, effective communication, sound decision-making, and high stress tolerance.Willingness to work in Danao City, Cebu.
