Description
Responsibilities:
-Monitors pending deliveries.
-Verifies truck allocations and ensures proper utilization of delivery vehicles.
-Ensures timely preparation of Item Summary, Post Goods Issue and DR Printing Monitors schedule of deliveries OTIF.
-Ensures on time processing of final shipment, truck receiving and DR Transmittals Monitors and settles Unconverted DRs Monitors and verifies reasons of backload goods in coordination with Sales.
-Ensures timely processing and scheduling of Authority to Pull Out (ATPO) based on lead time.
-Attends and resolves delivery concerns.
-Monitors and investigates delivery claims within lead time.
-Submits Supply Chain Reports within deadline.
-Orients, coaches and mentors New Hires.
