In charge of all the warehouse and logistics and supply chain operations of the group of companies.
Ensure an organized and efficient system in monitoring and storage and distribution of goods.
Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and distribution
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Graduate of any four-year course
At least 5-year experience as Supervisor handling warehouse, logistics, supply chain, dispatching from a pharmaceutical or distribution company
Strong analytical and planning skills;
High leadership skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Very good forecasting skills:
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
Can deal with people at all levels;
Very keen to details and systematic;
Must be a resident of Cebu
