JOB DESCRIPTION
Update and provide the following reports: (1) monthly inventory report (2) returned good reports, (3) out of stocks and nearly expiry products and (4) daily transmittal report
Facilitate of Orders
Reconcile actual inventory reports vs. inventory system
Analyze weekly finished products critical label
Request finished products for P.O.
Conduct orientation to the newly hired PSR/PMR regarding warehouse department policies and procedures
Monitor reports such as Ordered Finished Products
Fill invoices and other forms
Make forecast analysis statement and prepare and maintain forecast for P.O
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
