Job Description
Preferably with experience in Rehabilitation Hospital. Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs. Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
Managing the nursing care of all patients in the department or ward during their shift. Delegating the nursing tasks between the Nurses working in the unit and coordinating with the Physicians when they need nursing assistance
Monitoring patients' conditions and responding appropriately if there are changes in the patients' conditions. Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum 5 years post qualification direct clinical experience in a hospital setting with 3 years experience as Charge Nurse.
