What are we looking for:
We are in search of a Walmart Specialist to work with our US client, a privately held group of companies managed by the original founders that includes apparel brands. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dynamic and has a proactive approach to problem solving and workflow optimizations.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.

In this role, you will:
List, update and edit existing listings and monitor overall contents in Walmart
Optimize product pages by adding images and improve content
Research and write detailed descriptions of items for content to be used to write copies
Creative team to provide product contents and copies
Setup new products which typically entails data manipulation, creating creative marketing descriptions, and image uploading
Open cases depending on necessity and as instructed
Monitor existing cases and update our case management system for follow through by the management team
Monitor account health and metrics and proactively alert teams about any issues and action them accordingly
Update the Walmart and other tools when necessary
Create lists of products as required - requires a good amount of critical thinking and spreadsheet know-how
About You:
Core qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Walmart space
Experience handling different eCommerce platforms
Amenable to work in night shift in PH
Previous work experience with managing and navigating Walmart backend systems
Knowledge of Walmart's best practices, creation of listings, and uploading of applicable flat files
Ability to meet listing goals assigned by management
Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
