Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure timely delivery of orders and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards, including proper table setup and presentation. Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.
Monitor guest satisfaction during the dining experience and take appropriate action to enhance their experience. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Promote special menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions to guests. Encourage guests to try additional menu items or beverages to enhance their dining experience. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and revenue.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely and in compliance with hotel policies.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the dining room, kitchen, and bar to ensure seamless service. Communicate effectively with other staff members and supervisors to relay guest feedback, special requests, and operational issues.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
Perform routine cleaning tasks as needed, including wiping tables, arranging table settings, and refilling condiments. Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
with at least 1 year of work experience in a Hotel.
Additional training or certification in hospitality or food service is advantageous.
