Job Description
You are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience
Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
