Job Description
Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction. Follow all relevant health department regulations
Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages. Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
excellent verbal communication ans active listening skills.
Ability to deal with customers tactfully and professionally even in difficult situations .Experience overseas will be an added advantage. First timers are welcome to apply.
