Job Description
Greet and seat customers promptly in a courteous manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.
Handle payment transactions accurately and return the correct change.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before guests are seated.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Friendly and outgoing personality.
