Description
*Job Qualifications:
· Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any equivalent course
· With at least 2-3 years of experience as VOIP InContact Engineer or has handled telephony such as CISCO, AVAYA, and other related products
· Can able to perform daily system monitoring and troubleshooting of wireless connections
· Must have CLOUD Telephony Support experience
· Having certification/s related to telephony is an advantage
· Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (Work from home set-up - infrastructure to be provided by the company)
•Competencies and Minimum Skills Requirement
o Experience with telephony debugging tools.
o Understanding of telephony ecosystem as it relates to cloud implementation.
o Experience working with carriers.
o Understanding of SIP trunking.
o Experience with ancillary products such as Engage Quality Assurance Platform and Echo Surveys.
o Experience in troubleshooting break/fix issues with VOIP technologies.
o General understanding of the studio application.
o Familiar with ticketing system.
o Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
o Can work independently.
o Certifications in Incontact is an advantage.
o Open to working US business hours.
