Call each contact from MediaRadar's marketing database which will be provided to the team prior to the start of the campaign. . Verify an average of 110 contacts per day analyst each month . Verify the person's name and corresponding title if both data are still accurate as listed on the database. . Follow the standard phone verification instructions provided by MediaRadar. . Update database/spreadsheet accordingly based on the additional metadata gathered during the phone verification. . Research information online such as LinkedIn and update the database . Observe the established procedure when updating the marketing contact database as instructed by MediaRadar. . Support the overall objective of the company. . Establish and execute the processes and procedures . Establish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure the clients receive appropriate and high-quality services as committed . Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes . Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets . Coach, guide and train team members by providing excellent service . Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and procedures . Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members . Provide reports as agreed with MediaRadar QUALIFICATIONS: . High School degree and have 1-3 years of directly related experience . Have 1+ years supervisory experience . Good understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and metrics . Experience posting to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter . Proficient in English both oral and written communications, to include writing and editing . Ability to take initiative and problem solve
