Description
Primary Role:
- Provide 2nd level or higher support related but not limited to: Batch scheduling job issues, DB server performance, locks and security database availability issues, database back up, recovery and restoration, etc.
- Participate in the daily operations of incident, service and request fulfillment management
- Setup of Monitoring policy and Job flow deployment according to documented procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience related in VMware Administration
- Technologies / Tools /Skills needed: VMWare Virtualization Administration, Batch Scheduling, Operating systems, DB Capacity and Performance Monitoring, Back up and Restoration, Disaster Recovery
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization
- VMware Professional Certification is a plus
- Temporarily work from home but applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong, BGC or Quezon City once onsite operations resumed, Shifting Schedule.
