New/take over management & Form 6 processing
Sending lease renewals to tenants through Docusign
Processing lease renewals - updating property tree, smoke alarm work order, sending copies to tenants and landlords
Invoicing landlords through property tree - Invoice Genius
Routine Inspections - entry notices, Realworks, calendar
Landlord anniversary hampers
Write up entry condition reports to inspect live
Advertising properties - charge landlords advertising
Lodge bonds/bond top ups with RTA online - if required
Pool Safety Compliancy
