VISUAL MERCHANDISING OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Creates and upkeeps all CHBC Stores Visual Merchandising Planogram.
Comes up with plans and programs on how to maximize space utilization of each bay/cluster on all racks, modules, and gondolas.
Regular inspection and evaluation of every store's maintenance of its visual merchandise planogram.
Coordinates with the product officer, marketing, and selling operation in the creation of power displays or display highlights for new products.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any business-related course
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in space utilization in retail set up
Keen to details and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Knowledge of software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, is advantageous
