It caters to contractors, architects, interior designers and homeowners who are building their own homes. THE ROLE: We are looking for Visual Merchandisers who are willing to be assigned in our Butuan and Cagayan de Oro stores. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Visual merchandising of assigned stores including the following: Maintaining the overall look of the store based on display standards Implementation of monthly window display themes Provide help on improvement of displays to increase store sales Propose new layouts that may help improve store function Propose new and additional fixtures, modules, and signages needed by the store Generate sales through offering design services to clients including the following: In-depth knowledge of AllHome products which includes furniture, homelines, tiles, appliances, builders, and DIY Propose strategies and solutions to client needs including built-in and furnishing concepts and ideas Coordination with store managers on increasing store sales through corporate proposals and others KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledgeable in basic MS Office softwares Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual design tools Able to execute interior design works and other related technical drawings or details SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Can set up an actual in-store and/or off-site display Willing to travel and can assess through market checking Can manage both interior design projects and visual merchandising works Up to date with current visual merchandising trends and best practices JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in merchandising or equivalent Must be willing to travel and do projects in AllHome stores located in Butuan and Cagayan de Oro Full-time position(s) available
