We are a retail operator, primarily in the business of establishing and operating supermarkets all over the Philippines. We carry a comprehensive and curated product offering spanning three key categories-fresh items, food items, and non-food items-and comprised of approximately 3,600 local and international brands and about 40,000 different items. AllDay takes special pride in its array of extensive and curated international brands that elevate the Filipino's shopping experience. THE ROLE: We are looking for Visual Designers who are willing to be assigned in our HQ, Daang Hari office. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Responsible for brainstorming creative concepts, developing store visual designs (POPs, wall designs, and any creative dress up) from stickers to signages and all EGDs Must be able to design, execute, and implement all approved store visual designs Must be able to introduce/conceptualize and name new brands and expand/improve existing brands Must be able to manage installations through site visits and third party suppliers KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Must have an extensive knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Knowledge in Sketchup and video editing is an advantage Must have a knowledge in retail design Familiarization on materials used in signages and any forms of graphic design is an advantage. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced industry Successfully meet deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks and react quickly to shifting priorities JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent Must be open to field works such as store visits and events Must have an available portfolio (either online or file) available for evaluation Full-time position(s) available Must be willing to be assigned in HQ, Daang Hari.
