*The Virtual Trainer new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Virtual Trainer new hire will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Virtual Trainer is responsible for customizing medical software to client requirements.
Reports to the Implementation Team Lead.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Work directly with client remotely through chat or call to provide first call resolutions on the software issues they encountered
Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests
Assist the team in implementing a project in Meditab for a Value-added Service (VAS) and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Learn more about the line of business you will be under by

Requirements:
Preferably a graduate of any medical related program but college level with relevant BPO experience are open to apply
At least 1-2 years experience in the BPO industry
ESL/Training experience is a plus
Good English communication skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminologies
Must PREFER to work in graveyard shift
Easy going and independent
Can work with less supervision
