Job Description:
Responsible for filling a listing with stylish furniture which allows buyers to visualize themselves in the home.
Responsible for adding/removing, rearranging furniture and extensive work on decluttering to all types of rooms shown in a photo.
Ensure products are in top quality and delivered in a timely manner.
Create a look or stage and make a recommendation for landscaping improvements, exterior and interior painting, furniture placement, and introduce accessories.
Responsible for enhancing digital photos of the property by decorating, updating the landscaping, and digitally furnish vacant photographs.
Able to accurately use 3D Modeling to match perfectly and realistically in a timely manner based on client sketch.
Communicate to the management should items need more time than quoted before being accomplished.
Help build systems and standard procedures for future CAD/3D artists.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
1-4 years of relevant work experience in virtual staging
Knowledgeable with the tools in Making the VS such as:
ARCHLine XP Virtual Stager
Real Tour Vision Software
VisualStager.com – Virtual Staging Software For Mac & PC
3D Max Rendering & Modelling Software
Adobe Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
