What will be your tasks?
Provide support to UAO Production Manager and UA Ops Manager
Schedule all jobs to retouching team to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Provide the Retouching team all the necessary assets and information for them to successfully deliver output
Provide Customer Support team accurate and up to date information during the lifecycle of a project to ensure seamless operations between the studio and client
Manage the scheduling of all jobs to the retouching team
Ensure all jobs are delivered to agreed timelines, measured and reported weekly to ensure standards are being maintained
Very keen eye for detail - MUST
Good communication skills - written & verbal
Basic customer service training is an added advantage
Proven strong admin skills
Experience in a similar role - working in an agency environment would be ideal, but not essential
Experience at managing projects and workflow is highly desirable
Experience with production systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Basic understanding of Adobe Suite (including Acrobat)
