What should you bring to the table?

What you'll be doing
Provide organisational support for the client through secretary duties in business development meetings.
Regulate the client/s’ calendar/s and organise emails.
Take charge in the maintenance and follow up of key task items of the client/s on business development plans
Prepare agenda, meeting invitations and minutes for the the client and their customers. Monitor action items completion.
Provide support in training, recruitment and process improvement.
Implement directives, orders and decisions from the the client to the staff in the Cebu Office.
Acquire updates and be knowledgeable of the status of projects and tasks.
Provide consultative, research, investigative support to the clients.
Assist the client in the planning and implementation of new business ventures.
Provide digital administration services to the client.
Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Draft team performance reports to encapsulate and present achievements and challenges to Management and the client.
Perform such other functions as the client may direct.
