Job Description
Salary: 35,000 to 38,000 PHP per Month
Maintain and update organized records of patient data and benefit verification approvals using Excel.
Group benefit approvals strategically to facilitate the scheduling process for advanced clinical therapies, including MIST.
Initiate outgoing calls to patients and agencies to address scheduling inquiries and coordinate appointments.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.
Assist in ensuring timely and seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and relevant agencies.
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security in all interactions and record-keeping processes.
Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong awareness of medical terminology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience with excel and PDF filler
Strong ability to multi-task and keep various data sets
Strong attention to details
