Roles and Responsibilities
• Notation of documents
• Monitoring emails
• Data entry- Verification of documents (Bank statements, payslips, contracts etc..)
• Verifying transactions and preparing compliances
• Pricing and order valuation
• Follow up banks/check emails for conditions
• Other admin tasks upon notice
Required Experience
• Knowledgeable in mortgage processing
• Background handling high-pressured tasks
• Proficiency with tools/apps used for loan processing
Minimum Qualifications
• Accounting/Finance Graduate or any relevant degree
• Good background in Math and highly detail-oriented
• With relevant work experience
• Must be flexible in work setups (home or office)
• Excellent communications skills

• Working background with Australian mortgage brokers.
