Position Title: Virtual Medical Biller
Classification: Agent
Salary Grade: 25000 - 30000 peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client, Customers, Providers
Date(s): March 2021
Background:
Performs administrative duties for doctors, screening calls, managing calendars, lab results, and helping to answer inquiries.
Working Schedule:
US Shift (graveyard)
Key Responsibilities:
-Make calls to Doctor's office to request for a patient's medical records
-Escalate to other departments as needed
-Upload and update records in CRM
-Answer inquiries
Skills and Qualifications:
-Prior background in a Medical related job
-Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
-Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
-Good time management and task management skills
-Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
-Ability to work independently and meticulously
-Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
-Able to demonstrate Initiative
Experience:
-A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a nurse or in the medical field
-Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful
