Conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice area.
Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and call potential clients as soon as possible;
Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients;
Collect appropriate information and provide concise summary both written and verbal;
Confer with attorneys at every level of the Firm and provide the attorneys with a verbal and written summary of the calls;
Input appropriate data into CRM system.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Strong written and verbal English
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Cloud-Based Applications Knowledge and remote working tools
Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
