This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and confident working across multiple tools and systems to keep financial and operational processes running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingAs a Virtual Assistant for Finance, Reporting & Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, smooth invoicing, and reliable reporting. You'll also support logistics optimization and influencer marketing tracking to help the brand make informed business decisions.Your Core Responsibilities:Finance & InvoicingReview supplier invoices for accuracy across multiple line itemsManage invoice payments to avoid delaysReporting & Software ManagementMaintain TripleWhale accuracy by summarizing shipping costs and updating fixed costsKeep Finaloop bookkeeping system up to date on a weekly/monthly basisPrepare weekly and monthly financial/operational reportsUpdate Shopify product costs based on Finaloop dataCross-check Numeral (sales tax system) against Finaloop for accuracyLogistics & OperationsCompare shipping costs across multiple 3PL providers to ensure efficiency and cost savingsMarketing & Influencer TrackingTrack profitability of influencer marketing campaigns using TripleWhale, discount codes, and other toolsMonitor influencer-related expenses (e.g., whitelisting, campaign fees)What You'll Bring to the Table1-2+ years' experience in virtual assistance, finance coordination, or e-commerce operationsStrong proficiency with accounting and reporting tools (e.g., Shopify, Finaloop, TripleWhale, Numeral)Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysisExceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbersAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlinesBackground in e-commerce, logistics, or marketing support is a strong plusWhat's In It For You?100% Remote Work - Work from anywhere in the PhilippinesCareer Development - Gain valuable experience in finance, reporting, and e-commerce operationsCompetitive Compensation - $5-$6 / hr DOE + benefits as an independent contractorInclusive Culture - Join a team that values transparency, balance, and kindnessPurposeful Work - Support a growing e-commerce brand in making data-driven decisionsReady to Bring Accuracy and Efficiency to the Table?If you're excited about finance, reporting, and operational excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, we'd love to meet you!
