Must Haves:
At least 1-3 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role (customer service, administrative support, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with international clients
Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
Kind, responsive demeanor conducive to customer satisfaction.
A quiet, dedicated home office space
Nice to Haves:
Background in lead generation, email marketing, or social media management
A desire to grow within a company and contribute to a growing department
A computer/laptop and stable internet with at least a minimum of 20 Mbps speed
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools and principles
Compensation:
Health care plans are available immediately 1 month after employment
