Work Setup: Job Goal / Rationale We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Email Leads Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive opportunities for our technical client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing strategies, lead generation, and managing leads software. Additionally, the ability to support multiple companies simultaneously is crucial for this position. HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive opportunities in the technical space. Utilize leads software to identify and target potential leads. Craft compelling email content and subject lines that grab the attention of recipients and encourage engagement. Manage email lists, segmentation, and scheduling to ensure optimal delivery and open rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Continuously test and refine email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation to ensure campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with multiple companies, if required, to manage their email leads campaigns and meet their specific objectives. Requirements Key Requirements A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing email marketing campaigns, preferably in lead generation or sales-driven environments. Proven track record of successfully generating leads through email marketing efforts. Proficiency in using leads software. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging email content and effectively communicate with leads. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Organizational skills to manage multiple email campaigns and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software to track and manage leads effectively. Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of campaign performance and results. Flexibility to adapt to different company requirements and manage multiple email leads campaigns simultaneously.
