We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support the Client (CEO) and the team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, passion to help clients, good English-speaking skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate other needs.
Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and emails and prioritize them according to urgency and importance.
Manage pipeline of leads and guide them towards a successful client onboarding.
Data extraction and manipulation, especially using Excel.
Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and create summaries as needed.
Assist in project management and follow-ups on action items.
Handle sensitive information and always maintain confidentiality.
Additional administrative tasks as needed by the team and by specific client requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and emails.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana, etc)
Possesses basic accounting knowledge.
Great people skills
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
An interest in exploring and working with various tools.
Passion to work with a small but dynamic team.
