About the Role
We seek a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative support to our Managing Director while managing data entry tasks for our sales CRM. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with our small sales team, the VA will help ensure that our operations run smoothly and that our sales efforts are supported with accurate and up-to-date information.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including but not limited to:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handling email correspondence, drafting, and editing documents, and preparing reports
- Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning
Support sales team with CRM data entry and maintenance, including:
- Accurately inputting and updating client information, deals, and activities in the CRM system
- Ensuring data integrity by performing regular audits and data clean-up tasks
- Assisting with CRM-related training and support for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed, based on the needs of the Managing Director and the sales team.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Strong knowledge of data entry, preferably with experience using PipeDrive CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality, as you will be handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Work Set Up:

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
