Responsibilities:
Answers the phone and directs the caller to the appropriate location.
Checking for missing labs online and attaching to patients chart
Help with virtual messages such as refills, retransmit labs, and responding to
Handle prior authorizations
Help to attach documents from email/uploads
Email patients lab slips as needed
Appointment setting, screening calls, managing calendars, and helping to answer inquiries.
Requirements:
Well spoken and intelligent, who is able to call medical practices and follow basically a
script of questions and to be able to document them on a spreadsheet and send them
back to the client.
Personal assistant to help the client with just normal everyday life. This man is
expanding into screening resumes and some other data reviews and simple spreadsheets.
Do invoicing via skynova which is a client's online platform.
Bachelor Degree holder of Medical, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
Able to demonstrate Initiative
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Previous experience in some areas of the medical field such as nursing, pharmaceutical,
Medical encoding, scribe, transcription, etc.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a nurse or in the medical field
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful
