Responsibilities:
Respond and compose emails on behalf of the CEO
Schedule meetings and organize CEO's calendars
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep an online record
Create presentations, as assigned
Manage administrative queries and tasks
Provide customer service as the first point of contact on the client's website
Requirements:
Has working knowledge of E-commerce
at least 3 years of Customer Service experience
Knowledge of Outlook Calendars, Teams, High profile calendar, and MS Office
Very good at writing
