Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Morning Shift)
Part-time 20 hours per week
Php 14,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday - hours to be discussed

About the Client
Our client based in Australia is a professional photo and video supplies company since the 90s and they service clients in-store and online. They are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist them on their day to day needs.
About the Role:
Data entry tasks
Use excel to do some manual checks
Updating photos and descriptions on Shopify website
Checking that links work on the website
Use POS Retail Express to download reports and invoices
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2-3 years minimum work experience in a related or similar role
Strong administrative support skills and experience
Advanced proficiency in the use of English in both verbal and written communications
Efficient multi-tasker with the capacity to meet multiple deadlines
Reliable and has initiative
Shopify experience and competency
Quick and accurate typing skills
