Job Description:
Provides admin and research support to the Department while working remotely. The virtual assistant performs various tasks which includes, but is not limited to:
Scheduling and organizing virtual meetings
Preparing reports and online records
Performing research and collating data
Performing quality control, basic maintenance, and bug detection to company websites
Onboarding of new virtual employees
Monitoring paid campaigns
Requirements:
College level
Proven experience in project management
Familiarity with online collaboration tools like SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
Knowledge of word-processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience in PPC an advantage
