The Role: Operations Support (General VA)
Track and Trace: This role will be responsible for tracking shipments via phone and email with freight carriers.
Updating our TMS: This role will be tasked to check for missed pick ups every morning to make sure all shipments have been picked up and that they have tracking numbers assigned to them. In the event that the shipment does not, they'll need to call and update our system with the correct information or reschedule the shipment.
Planning: This role will be responsible to-calculate how much space we are using in a truck and advising the carriers how much they'll need when picking up for different customers.
Filing Claims
Organizing leads on excel or through our CRM while data scrubbing and research on LinkedIn, the internet, or zoominfo to make sure our sales team is provided with organized leads.
Booking/Quoting shipments:
Ideally this first person would be someone we want to build a team around and can help us onboard new people in the Philippines in the future if all goes well.
Salary: 25-35,000
