We seek a talented Admin Support superstar to assist the Managing Director of an Accounting firm in Australia
Execute the "To Do" lists so that the MD can focus on what he does best
Email management
Diary and calendar management
Act as client liaison with a high level of service and communication with customers (via email)
High attention to detail is essential
Reliable and diligent in completing tasks
Can multi-task and prioritise
Confident, articulate and can demonstrate being a problem solver ready to assist the MD and clients in their requirements
Excellent English-speaking and writing skills
Trustworthy and committed to actively participate in the growth plans of our company
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
