Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Virtual Assistant is to provide property management and marketing support to the rest of the team.
The Virtual Assistant must manage social media accounts and Mailchimp newsletters. The Virtual Assistant is expected to create property brochures and research material for social media posting.
The Virtual Assistant is also tasked to learn the best practices of property management to complete other tasks as required.
Experience Required
- Experience and background using photoshop and Canva
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
Proficient with
- Social Media platforms (mainly Facebook and Instagram)
- Mailchimp
