Compensation: Starting Pay 25,000 Php + Bonuses for each of your VA's under management.
** Most of our VA Managers can earn over 100,000 Php monthly.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in the VA or Call Center Industry and Must have previously managed a team of VAs or Telephone Callers

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of virtual assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with insurance agency owners to understand their business goals and strategies.
Assist insurance agency owners in managing their business operations effectively and efficiently.
Utilize your technical expertise to navigate and master CRM software and Lead Management Software.
Assist insurance agency owners in optimizing their lead generation and appointment booking processes.
Help insurance agency owners increase their premium writing by streamlining their workflows and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and insurance agency owners, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with American clients during night shifts.
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in a virtual assistant or customer service setting.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp and adapt to CRM software and Lead Management Software.
Familiarity with the insurance industry and experience working with insurance agency owners is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
