Hi there
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me out mainly in the areas of video editing & content creation.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle creative & administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
I have a weekly 1 interview and/or session where i discuss the mind, coaching, self-development. spirituality and alike.
I need someone to edit out the best parts to smaller pieces of content for my Instagram & Facebook accounts.
I also need help creating smaller pieces of content with quotes and nice graphic, that aligns with the brand, to post as well.
Beside that I need help with posting the content on my profiles and community at specific times.
With time I also need someone to help me create power points as I'm gonna have presentations in the future, so if you're skilled in this areas as well that would be great.
So overall:
Responsibilities
Create content for social media
Clip/edit long form content to smaller pieces (video)
Create power point presentations
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Knowledge of Social Media platforms
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
I'm looking for someone to work with for a long time as the business is growing.
We will start by working together project wise to see if it's a good match.
Later on we'll discuss process, work load, workflow etc.
