- Process tenancy applications
- Prepare tenancy documentation
- Schedule routine inspections and finalise inspection reports
- Keep Smoke Alarm Register up-to-date
- Prepare lease renewals
- Attend to and follow up property maintenance as per Property Manager's instructions
- Emailing tenants and owners various tenancy documents
- Update/maintain Property Tree records
- Maintain database
- Maintain accurate electronic filing records
