Responsibilities:
Answers the phone and directs the caller to the appropriate location.
Note phone number, name and message of caller where needed.
Provides callers with information such as FAQ's
Helping with clinical messages
Requirements:
Excellent attitude, flexibility and reliability is key, as is ability to take initiative and ownership.
Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
Able to demonstrate Initiative
Excellent English communication skills
Looking for someone with a nursing/ medical framework who can be trained to be able to triage patient telephone calls through the day
