We're Hiring: Remote Medical Scribes (Licensed Healthcare Professionals Only)
Compensation: $4.50 USD per hour OR 40,000 PHP/month (conversion may vary)

CoolBlueVA is a healthcare virtual assistant company supporting medical professionals across the U.S. We're expanding our team and looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistants.
Qualifications (Strict Requirement)
Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist, or Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
Applications from other professions will not be considered
Must be willing to undergo 2 weeks of rigorous training
Must have a complete technical setup
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects
MDs: Internship experience is acceptable
BPO/customer service experience is a plus but not required
Previous experience as a Medical VA or General VA is an advantage
Skills Needed
Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Technical Requirements
Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)
Work Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift, PH Time)
Full-time: 40 hours per week
