Working Hours:
Initially 9 hrs. a day, fixed weekends off. Shifting Schedule.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years Virtual Assistant or related experience
- Excellent communication ability
- Skilled in using computer tools: Excel/CRM/General software.
- Open for College Graduates/Undergraduates
- With at least a year of BPO experience.
- A high expectation of customers include representatives speed to solution, accurate information, organized, and attention to detail.
- With Basic knowledge in Labor Laws, Law Regulations and Presenting Legal Documents
