MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for a Virtual Assistant who has a strong experience in the real estate industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of general assistance to our client's two main real estate sales agents.
As one of Australia's most experienced agencies, our client is committed to providing outstanding real estate services for our clients. With agents and offices serving communities coast to coast, our client's national network offers experts in residential, rural, commercial and property management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Running some reports for the client and sending them out accordingly
•Doing property searches and gathering information
•Collating brochures and doing the layout for them (some graphic design experience would be a plus)
•General admin tasks, data entry, etc.
To be qualified, you should be:
•A degree holder in Administration, or any related field.
•Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
•Preferably with knowledge and skills on real estate and property searches.
•Graphic design experience would be a plus - background using Photoshop, Canva, etc.
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
•Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
